Grief Does Not Have To Be A Lonely Journey!
Actively Moving Forward, (AMF) a HealGrief program helps to support and empower grieving young adults to keep “actively moving forward” in their journey with grief by connecting them to peer support and community service which they do in memory of their loved ones.
AMF has served thousands of students coast-to-coast over the years.
In collaboration with Experience Camps,
AMF is opening its registration to grieving young adults from across the country who qualify for this
