Stella McDaniel-Marrs

Place of birth: Levesque, AR

Religious affiliation: Christian

Stella Mae McDaniel-Marrs, 75, transitioned Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018, from medical complications at St. Bernard Hospital in Jonesboro, AR. She was born Oct. 27, 1942, in Levesque, AR and was raised in Wynne, AR where she spent the greater part of her years. During this time, she wore the titles of wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and countless others. She was an amazing woman who lived life to its fullest. Regardless of the adversity that came her way, she remained a beckon of light to all those who were graced by her presence. On a daily basis, her talk matched her walk. She dedicated her life to the service of others and was faithful in doing so. To the detriment of many, she has left us all too soon. All that is left behind are fond memories of her warm smile and her even bigger heart. Yet through all those who hold her dear to their hearts, her legacy will continue on.
