Horace was married to Margaret Catherine (now Deceased1995).They had six Children Gladys Scruggs Howse, Horace 4th, Charles Curtis, Clyde and Clarence,Betty Scruggs Ruffner(now Deceased 2005), Horace was also the stepfather of Ervina Robinson,and Beverly Walker Baskerville and Gregory Walker(Now Deceased on 8/21/2014.He Retired from TRW Company in 1982. He loved numbers and playing the lottery,as well as Bowling.

Horace Died the Morning of September 21,2014, We will all miss His Laughter, and jokes,He always had a Story to tell. We Love and Miss you so much Already Dad. His wish was to be Cremated and we made arrangements well over a year ago.He will be Cremated at Cummings and Davis Crematory 13201 Euclid Avenue, East Cleveland,Ohio 44112.
