Delphine Glaze

Place of birth: None

Religious affiliation: Other

Good Morning Sunshine*Delphine Glaze was a beautiful, generous soul, who made her transition on Friday, August 8, 2014, after a long illness. She enjoyed a life filled with extraordinary experiences – church (Metropolitan Baptist Church, Washington, DC), family, friends, long-term recovery, and exotic travel (South Africa was one of her favorite places). She was humble and had an inviting laugh. She made everyone who came into her presence feel special. Delphine ran a good race and is now in the arms of the LORD. The heavens are a little brighter now that she is among the stars. Your family and friends love and miss you and will keep you in our hearts, today and ALWAYS. R.I.P. Delpine.

    One of my favorites

Ms. Glaze, It was an honor and priviledge to be your primary care provider. I watch you handle everything that was thrown at you with strength and courage, never giving up, always fighting. You will always be remembered in my heart. Dr. Artis

Such a beautiful and humble spirit

Delphine, I love meeting you, and just seeing you around in our circles. You lifted my spirit when I was low. So, thank you for teaches us how to be a good friend and "mentor." You walked with principles that were solid; you were non-judgmental; you laughed much and knew how to have fun. May I, may we all learn rrom you Delphine, how to enjoy life, be a friend, and love others for who they are. Rest now my friend.
