Robert Peploe, of Hatfield, PA, devoted father, son and brother, was tragically lost to family and friends on Sunday, November 29, 2015. Robert was the loving son of Gretchen M. Viglione, of Hatfiled, PA, who joins him in peaceful rest on the same date. Robert leaves behind his daughter, Brooke L. Peploe, who was the light of his. He was the loving and protective brother of his sister, Samantha M. Viglione of Hershey, PA., who also survives. He was the much loved grandson of Douglas Lockyer, who survives, and Karen Lockyer, who preceded Robert in death, of Middlebury, CT. He leaves two aunts Nicole Lockyer and her fiancee Ricky Rodriguez, of Waterbury, CT; and Karen Jamieson and her husband Peter Jamieson, of Carlton, PA. He leaves four cousins; Brandon Young, Blake Rodriguez, Jason Jamieson, and Peter Jamieson.

Robert was an adoring father. He loved to spend time with his daughter playing, going to the park, snuggling, and reading her bedtime stories. Robert always watched over his sister, Samantha, and loved to brag to anyone who would listen about how proud he was of her. He was recently employed by TF Construction when he relocated to Hatfield, PA. He was a long time employee of Tru Green of Lancaster, PA when he resided in Lancaster. Robert was a 2006 graduate of Pequea Valley High School in Kinzers, PA. Upon graduation Robert joined the United States Navy as an aircraft mechanic. After graduating basic training, Robert was stationed in California. Along with spending time with his daughter, family and friends, Robert enjoyed working with his grandfather on his farm in CT. He loved listening music, build legos, and playing video games.

Funeral Notice Detail

A joint memorial service for Robert and his mother, Gretchen M. Viglione, will take place on Saturday, December 12, 2015, on the Milton Hershey campus at the Dearden House, 109 McCorkel Road Hershey, PA 17033 at 9:00am. Services will be provided by Pastor Mike Wagner with refreshments to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to https://www.gofundme.com/xrd8wgec.
