This photo was taken the day of my beloved husband’s surgery; the day we found out how bad the cancer was and how limited our time together on earth really was. He was just brought up from recovery and hadn’t awakened yet and the doctor already talked to me about what they found. I was in shock, beyond exhausted, and devastated to say the least. I still can’t accept that he is gone. I’m struggling so much, and mostly in silence because people move on and the world keeps turning while my world stopped on June 6, 2016💔
