Mr. William Franklin, passed away on February 3, 2015. He was surrounded by his wife and children.William is survived by his wife, Martha; children, Nina Rogers (Brandon), Shani Franklin, and Jackson Franklin (Melinda); numerous grandchildren, extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 13, 2015 at 2:00p.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel in Seguin, Texas. Visitation from 12:00p.m. to 8:00p.m., Thursday February 12.
