Herman Wilkins, 84, of Durham passed away peacefully this week. Father to Jack Wilkins, he was born in Durham to the late Lonnie Hampton Wilkins and the late Bessie Clayton Wilkins Cagle. Herman was a lifelong resident of Durham and retired from Burlington Industries. He was preceded in death by his wife Erma, his brothers; Robert, Lonnie Jr., Clarence, and Sister Irene. “There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.”
