Thomas McKeever Jr.

Thomas, age 72, was born and raised in New Jersey and moved his young family to the Chicago area in 1968. Tom thrived as an insurance adjuster and as Captain of the Glen Ellyn Police Auxillary. in the Mid 1980s Tom moved to Naperville and started Thomas Adjustment Company as well as continuing to serve the community as a police officer in Neponset, Illinois. In recent years Tom retired and moved to Sugar Grove, Illinois to be near his children. Tom was an avid reader, he read and shared any information he came across about the Titanic, WWII, and airplanes just to name a few subjects. Tom was happiest when spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a warm, generous, kind man with an amazing sense of humor, that he always strived to pass on to his family.

Thomas was survived by his siblings; Cathy Bilof (NJ), Joseph McKeever (IL), Mary Dorsett (Richard – husband, VA), Gerry McKeever (Jane – wife, NJ), his children; Thomas McKeever III (IL), Debbie Thordarson (Peter – husband, NE), John McKeever (Marti Anne – wife, IL), Patrick McKeever (IL), Christopher McKeever (IL), grandchildren; Sarah McKeever, Kevin McKeever (Estefany – wife), Amanda McKeever, Joseph Thordarson, John Thordarson, Melanie McKeever, Nicholas McKeever, great-grandchildren; MacKenzie, Dakota, Scarlett, Hazel and preceded by daughter Kelly McKeever and grandson Thomas McKeever IV.
