Russell Rippe

Russell was born in Houston, Texas on April 13, 1959. He passed on to the next step of his journey the morning of February 24, 2021. Russell is survived by his three children and four bonus children: Douglas (Heather) Brucker, Rachel Rippe, Tyler Douglas, Erica (Freddie) Davalos, Amanda (Ridge) Nichols, A.J. Lopez, and Moses Lopez. Additionally, Russell had 13 grandchildren: Jacob, Nicholas, & Josephine, Aden & Max, Amberlyn, Ace, & Sheldon, Isaac, Arabell, Jaxon, & Memphis, & Mailynn. Lastly, he is survived by his loving sisters: Debbie Coffey, Becky Areshenkoff, Cathy Santerre, & Julie Wallace. As well as close friend, Patricia Schuster. He leaves a large family who will feel his loss everyday, but will always remember him with love.  The family will not be holding a memorial at the wishes of Russell. In lieu of flowers, the family asks any donations you wish make to please do so by donating to the Omega House, Inc. of Houston, the hospice home which took amazing care of Russell in his final months.
