Robert James Wait Sr.

Robert James Wait Sr. died peacefully in Porter Regional Hospital on December 31, 2014 in Valparaiso, Indiana at the age of 79.

Robert is survived by 5 Step daughters, Collette (Denny) Foland of Tillomook, OR, Evelyn Corzan of Olive Branch, Laurie (Frank) Nelsen, Echo, OR, Melody (Jay) Tucker of WA, Judy (Lane) Campbell of Draper, UT. 1 Son Robert (Alaya) Wait of Sparks, NV 1 Daughter Janet (Rich) Brcka of Hobart, IN. He was preceded in death by his mother Marion Wait, step daughters MS. Bobbi Jo Sevic and Robin Clingman.

He was the grandfather of 22 grandchildren and 45 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Robert was born on January 14, 1935 in Potsdam, NY to Marion Wait.
He served 4 years in the Air Force and chose to be a Heating and Air Conditioning Service man for 54 years.

Robert retired from AAble Heating and Cooling in January 2013. He spent his retirement with family and did some short distant traveling. He loved going to Vegas and driving up to visit his Step daughter Judy and her family in Draper, Utah.

He enjoyed country music and westerns, he also enjoyed going to the casino’s. He enjoyed going to his daughter house often for home cooked meals, and looking at the facebook pages of other family members who lived further away.

He was loved and will be be missed by all.
