He had a black belt in taekwondo Karate.Louis was a Marine. He was a very tender, loving, caring man. He made friends everywhere he went. He was loved by all. He worked for the Department of Defense at the Naval Surface Warfare Center in White Oak, Maryland for 27 years. Louis was Vietnam Veteran and was awareded 2 purple hearts, the Naval Seal of Achievement along with other medals.
