Janie Lucille Walker, 92, of Tift County, Georgia passed peacefully on Sunday, January 3rd at home in Quincy, Florida. She was a lifelong member of Woodville United Methodist Church and regularly attended Fellowship at Midway. Her joy in life was her family, whom she loved unconditionally and deeply. She is survived by her son, Jimmy (Gail) Walker and daughter, Renae (Tony) Tolson, three daughter-in-laws: Sara Walker, CaroLynn Watson, Connie Phillips and grandchildren: Suzanne (Don) Johnson, Jimbo (Diane) Walker, Kim (Jeff) Crum, Melanie Leder, Ron (Kim) Walker, Jason (Kendra) Walker, Chad Walker, Bryan Walker, Chris McCammon, Amanda McCammon, Kyle McCammon, Dylan Deese Tolson, Seth Tolson, and Caleb Tolson. In addition, she also has 14 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Isaac Walker, and three sons, Wayne, Ronny, and Kenny Walker.

Funeral Notice Detail

Visitation with the family will be at the Woodville United Methodist Church on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 10:00am with Funeral services beginning at 11:00am. Independent Funeral Home of Quincy, Florida will be coordinating services. The Funeral Home can be contacted at (850)875-1529.
