Jacoby was a loving son, brother, uncle with a big heart and always wore a smile. He is very missed by all his loved ones. There is not a day that goes by that you are not in our thoughts and prayers. You will forever live on in my heart. The day you left this earth you took a big piece of my heart my baby boy at the tender age of 24 years old. I love you and cannot wait to see you again on the other side. Rest in peace my sweet Angel…
