*Always wear soft, never overpowering perfumes…..preferably vanilla or lavender
( vanilla scent reminded her of her Mother)
*Always keep a clean house and a clean car
*Equala was the true definition of Loyalty  and Courage
*Always pay your bills on time and always protect your credit score like you would your most prize possession
*Always say what you mean and mean what you say
*Take care of “You”
*Walk with your head held high and command respect

Equala Loved the Lord and gave her life to him at a very young age.
She demonstrated servanthood and kindness.

Equala M. Gay- Johnson , 43 transitioned into Glory at 11:05 P.M. on September 29, 2016

Equala was born October 20, 1972 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Joyce L. Gay and Donald White. Equala married the Love of her Life, Danny Johnson on January 29, 2016.
Equala had a very special bond and keen spirit with her big brother Alondo Gay (EL) the two were inseparable…even in the times when E was sick , the two of them still “cut up” and took advantage of all the quality time they created together.

Equala is survived by her husband, Danny Johnson ; Mother Joyce L. Gay; Father Ossie Gay; Brother’s Alondo Gay; Jowhaun Hickerson; Mixon Gay ; Sister Taneka Sizemore and God sister Tammy Bruner Her three Son’s Dario Gay; Dewayne Williams and Israel (Izzie) Dunn; Grandson’s Amari and Elijah

Equala had a host of family and friends.GOD required her in Glory with him. We all are Blessed to have known such a Beautiful Soul, A Woman of GOD’S Light and Power…….Our lives will never be the same due to the divine purpose of knowing, loving Equala Gay- Johnson.
