She was born in South Carolina to Henry and Hattie Oliver. She received her education in the public school system in South Carolina.
She was married to Edward Pressley. She worked in the Healthcare profession and attended Friendly Baptist Church. She was a faithful member. She enjoyed various activities and events in the community.
She was survived by her two Sons, Edward and Anthony and three daughters Marion, Glenda, and Olethea She leaves behind 17 Grand Children, 14 Great-Grand Children, 4 Great-Great-Grand Children and her Sister Carol, her niece Doreen and her nephew Robert.
She was predeceased by three sons Leonard, Lawrence and Rueben and one daughter Denise.
