Byron, MI – Warren Harold Whitten has left us too soon, at the age of 64. He passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday. Born on the 9th of September, 1953 in Saginaw, MI. Living in many places thought his life. Such as Saginaw, Flint, Bancroft, Wolverine and finally settling down in Byron. He was a volunteer firefighter for the city of Wolverine. Then eventually joined the IBEW as a groundsman. Which he worked till retirement as a Lineman/Electrician out of IBEW Local 17. He enjoyed his free time. Spending his time fishing, going to the racetrack or just tinkering in the garage. He leaves behind wife of 46 years, Debbie Whitten, 4 children, Tammy & Randy Wojtkowiak, Bruce Whitten, Heather & Jeff School and Randy Whitten, 5 grandchildren, Tad & Cole Wojtkowiak, Katlyn & Ashton School and Kacey Whitten. He also leaves behind an older sister Carol Bishop and an older brother Blake Whittten. Family opted to do a memorial during the family annual Memorial Day picnic, which will be limited to friends and family. Warren touched many lives during his lifetime and he will surely be missed.
