Vickie “Blue” Diamond, RN, was instrumental in creating the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner program in Ruidoso, NM. She helped hundreds of victims through her compassion. She passed away from a rare cancer. Now she is our angel who oversees her program from above. In our hearts but never forgotten.
