Stephen was born in Lebanon Tennessee to Jesse and Gertrude Duncan. He was preceded in death by his father Jesse Duncan. He is survived and will be greatly missed by his wife Danette Duncan, daughter Dalilah Duncan, mother Gertrude Duncan, his sisters Susan (E.J.) Herring , Stephanie (Joe) Stanfill and many nieces and nephews.
