Patrick O’Brien Grubaugh, 31. He is survived by his Fiancé, Kelli Wilson and their daughters Elizabeth Grubaugh, age 10, and Lilith Grubaugh, age 6. Also survived by his parents Billy and Shannon Grubaugh and sister Cathy Stone.
Patrick was a dedicated father, son, and “husband”. Kelli and Patrick were together for almost 12 years. He loved to cook, spend time with his family, play video games, read, and create art.
Patrick was very proud of the fact that he was 4 years clean and sober.
We will love and miss him always.
