MILDRED WILLIAMS

Mildred Marie Williams was born on October 1, 1955 to Samuel Jr. and Roberta Williams in Chicago, Illinois. Mildred Marie was the fourth of six children to this union.Mildred Marie attended Williams Elementary School in Chicago where she earned her diploma in 1969.  Mildred Marie later attended Paul Lawrence Dunbar High school where she also earned her high school diploma in 1973.Mildred Marie turned her life over to Christ at an early age.Who was Mildred Marie?  A sister who was always a best friend.  A childless woman who raised many children including her nieces Micaela and Rolonda and nephew Ricardo.  A friend who kept her promises.  A product of the ghetto who beat the odds.  An innkeeper for the homeless and helpless.Mildred Marie made her transition to be with the our lord and Savior on August 21, 2017 at 5:30 pm.The following people proceeded Mildred in death: Father Samuel Jr, Mother Roberta, Sisters Wilhelmina, Roberta and Adrian, Brother Samuel III and one special and amazing friend Melvin.Mildred Marie Leaves to cherish her memories: One sister Florence, One Brother In Law Earnest, Four Nieces Micaela( LaDarius), Rolonda, LaShonda and Kelly, Three nephews Robert Sr(Danielle), Ricardo and Randle Sr, Two Great Nieces Makala and LeDeja, Three Great Nephews L'Montay, Robert Jr. and Randle Jr. One Great Aunt Kristie, One Goddaughter Jocelyn.  And a host of family and friends.
