Over 6 months since you passed

Mom, thinking of you today - the pain of losing you has lessen with time, but the empty seat at the table still sits empty & the telephone calls; "Hello, this your mother" have ended- I still want to tell you how much I love you and miss your physical presence. As long as we keep you alive in our thoughts your presence will always be felt- Tell everybody I said hi- love always and forever, your son Michael

    Thanksgiving this year 2014

Hi Mom, this is the first thanksgiving without you, I remember last year when we had thanksgiving at Mary & Steve's- Mark & Amber & Mr. Hammond (Brenda's father). They had just lost Marie a few days before- This was one of your last good holiday meals before you started treatment - I miss you so much- but I remember you telling me-let the past go-reach to the future-remember only the good memories - forget the rest - good advise- I am afraid several siblings are getting stuck in their grief- if you can from your end- please pray for them- Happy Thanksgiving Mother- your Son Michael
