Loudel Culps was born to Howard and Maybell Culps March 6, 1953. Loudel was a kind, giving, hardworking, talented craftsperson who befriended so many in her lifetime. Her earthly journey ended February 8, 2018 after a brief illness. Loudel leaves behind her children: John Anthony Steward and wife Latasha, Richard Rougeaux, II and wife Maggie, Kevin Coney and Kevonna Moore; her grandchildren: John Anthony Steward (Pant), Aaron Steward (Bunk), Joe-Joe, Carter and Ethan; her siblings: Elaine Crooks, Carolyn Culps, Margo Holley, Kathy Outlaw, Debra Culps and Roger Culps. She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, great grandchildren and many, many special friends. A private memorial service will be held for family and close friends.
