Linda Carol Roberts

1944-2015

Though born in South Carolina, she lived most of her life in Kansas City, MO. Linda moved from Kansas City, MO to Houston,TX in 1998 where she could be closer to her daughters. She enjoyed going on cruises and spending time with her grandchildren.

Linda retired from ExxonMobil in 2013 where she worked as an event planner for the ExxonMobil United Way Campaign. She thrived in her career making excellent strides and always coming out on top through each event she planned.

She was a very special person and will always be remembered.

There will be a celebration of life reception immediately following the burial. Because it will be catered, the family is asking you to please RSVP to jessicajferris@gmail.com or 832.665.7654 if you plan on attending.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations in Linda’s name to a non-profit organization called To Write Love On Her Arms. This organization main goal is to spread awareness of mental health, addiction and suicide. Their message is that there is help and hope for all the addicted and their families. Please consider donating in her name. (All donations are Tax deductible: 501(c)3)

Funeral Notice Detail

Linda Carol Roberts passed away peacefully October 8th, 2015 sometime in her sleep. Linda is survived by her daughters; Angie Passiglia-Hunt, Jessica Ferris and Jackie McDonald siblings; Millie Roberts and brother Paul Hass & 13 wonderful grandchildren. A graveside service will be on the 30th of October 2015 at 1 pm. at Forest Park Westheimer Funeral Home located at 12900 Westheimer Rd. Houston, TX 77077. A celebration of life immediately following. May the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you. (2 Thes 3:16)
