Hector Humberto Cerda, 48 y/o, Has passed away to be reunited with his creator on Thursday September 19, 2013 @ 4:41pm in his home that he shared with his daughter Valerie A. Cerda. (11227 1/2 Klingerman St. Apt#7, El Monte, Ca. 91733) Due to “Gastrointestinal Cancer”. Hector H. Cerda was fortunate enough to spend his final moments with his loved ones by his side.

He was born in Lubbock,Texas July 11th, 1965 – Son of Maria Ayala and Antonio Cerda

Mr. Hector H. Cerda was never married, but survives thru his 4 CHILDREN: Rosalinda M. Cerda (28y/o), Brandon A. Cerda (27y/o) and twin daughters Valerie A. Cerda (24y/o) and Jessica Lynn Cerda (24y/o) and 6 GRANDCHILDREN: Julian, Mia, Nathan, Noah, Timothy, and Zachery. He also survives thru his MOTHER: Maria Ayala, FATHER: Antonio Cerda, SISTERS: Martha Cerda, Rosalinda Cerda Sanchez, Norma Cerda Torres, Rachel Ayala and his BROTHER: Roy Ayala Cerda. also plenty of NIECES and NEPHEWS.

Mr. Hector H. Cerda was a Journeyman Painter who once owned his own business “CERDA’S PAINTING” for residential and commercial buildings. When he was younger he also worked Hospitals, Banks, Schools, Albertsons, MobilShell Refineries, Home Depots, High Rise Buildings for 7 years and worked for Stuart & Stevens “painting air plane parts”.

He loved his family and always put them first. He was a hard worker and loved helping others. He would practiclay take the shirt off hes back if he had to. He loved going to the “movies” and being at home and relaxing with his chihuahua “DIAMOND” and bbq (steak was his favorite). He loved science, discovery. History and tru tv channels. His favorite color was “PURPLE”. His Favorite movie was “Carlitos Way”. And his favorite SONG was “BRICK HOUSE” by the Commodores.. if you where fortunate enough to know him who where lucky. Hector had a “HUGE HEART” and left to soon.
