Gene Fischer was the most amazing boss I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was not only my boss, but also a very good friend. He was a loyal servant to God and the citizens that he swore to protect. It was such a shock to us all when he passed away unexpectedly last year. I still have moments when I break down over something that comes to mind that he might have said or done. Always had a smile and a corny joke to tell. I miss him so much and he will forever be in my memories.
