Adelman, Fredrick J of St. Louis died suddenly and peacefully June 24, 2015 after a 45 year struggle with diabetes. Born in Florida on February 22, 1938 to Swedish immigrants, he moved to St. Louis in 1963 to work for Kraft Foods. Fredrick enjoyed watching football and remained a diehard Bears fan. His hobbies included going to the horse races, fishing, reading about WWII and watching television. Dear son of the late Thomas and Anna Adelman; beloved husband of 57 years to Barbara Ann (nee Charles); dear father of Linda Hoff of Webster Groves, Eric (Karla) Adelman of St. Peters and Timothy (Sara) Adelman of St. Charles, dear grandfather of Megan (Neil) Manning, Brent Jamison, Ryan, Matthew, Rachel, Charlie and Nakia Adelman. Dear great-grandfather of Conner, William, Emma and Sophia Manning; brother of Ronald (Linnea) Adelman, dear brother-in-law, uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend. Services will be held July 7, 2015 at Kutis Funeral Home 2906 Gravois Ave.
