Our loving mother and wonder wife; Eleanor R Hart—Eleanor Hart departed this world on September 26, 2016 peacefully at the Age of 94.     

Born May 1922 to Anthony and Catherine Fedora.   Eleanor lived and grew up on the North side of Minneapolis   with her sister Florence and graduate from North High School where she was called Fuzzy Fedora due to hats reference at the time.     She worked several years for Sears and Roebuck before marring Thomas P Hart on July 7, 1952.  Eleanor had two children; Jeffrey T Hart and Katherine E Hart.   She was a stay at home while her kids grew up girl scot leader and active in the church.   After her last child graduate from high school; Eleanor went to work for Dayton’s Department Store in Minneapolis.  She rose to the level of assistant Buyer for Pictures, Lamps and Mirrors.   She was given the nick name of the “Clock Lady” a fictional character on Saturday Night Live.   She worked for Dayton’s for over 10 years and retired at the age of 77.   

Eleanor is known for being a wonder wife and loving Mother and all around generous person.  She loved to cook and was good at it; best known for making huge Christmas feasts where she invited all her family and friends every year.  We affectionately called Eleanor “Pole” because she was so proud of her Polish heritage.   We will miss Eleanor greatly but the stars in heaven will shine a little brighter with your welcome.   We will always love and miss you Mom forever!!!—Your loving family.     Eleanor will be cremated. 

A private mass is being said in Eleanor’s honor at Saint Margret church.  Please send any condolences directly to the Hart Family at 5100 West Marie Lane, Golden Valley, MN 55422.
