Dylan Lane Sepulvado was born with a myriad of heart problems, which required him to have 12 heart surgeries and 5 different pacemakers over the course of his first nine years of life. When he was 10 he received the gift of life and had a heart transplant on September 23, 2003. Since then he learned to fight for what he believed in and to never give up hope. He studied Nursing at BPCC where he got his Associates Degree in Nursing. Dylan became a hospice to help people with terminally ill sentences to enjoy their final days. He always had a kind soul and a passion for life.
Funeral Notice Detail
Dylan is survived by his mother, Zelma of Shreveport, His father Rodney (Kristina) of Shreveport. His sisters Summer of Shreveport and Savannah of Jackson, MI and his brother Tyler of Shreveport. He is also survived by many long-time friends and family. Dylan wishes to have any organs donated and the rest to science.
