Delilah Joanne Kinser “Joanne”, 85, passed away at 3:43 a.m. October 7, 2016 at Miller’s Merry Manor in Hartford City.  She was born in Hartford City on November 25, 1930 to John L. Baker Sr. and Amie Elizabeth (Egly) Baker.   Joanne married her first husband Robert E. Kellogg in 1947, he passed away in 1955.  Joanne married her second husband, Richard “Dick” Thomas Kinser on October 1, 1960 in Hartford City.  She was a homemaker and a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church.  Joanne will be sadly missed by her husband, Richard “Dick” T. Kinser of Hartford City; daughters, Sandra K. “Sandy” (husband, Bill) Bell of Kokomo, IN; Christine (husband, Jeff) Ellingwood of Hartford City; Amie (husband, Matthew) Atkinson of Vincennes, IN; Jane A. (husband, Jeffrey) Malkoff of Noblesville; sons, Michael (wife, Patricia) Kellogg of Hartford City; Danny (wife, Myrna) Kinser of Anderson; David (wife, Karen) Kinser of Harbor Springs, MI: 16 grandchildren- Tina, Lisa, Angela, Gale, Aaron, Vickie, Sandra, Patricia, John, Richard, Lovie, Mark,  Joseph, Amy,  Janet, Carey. 25great-grandchildren- Cheri, Ashley, Adrian, Jessica, Martina, Joel, Roberta, Anita, Warren, Ian, Riley, Gabriel, Mariah, Aden, Summer,  Tiffany. Patrick, John, James, Melissa, Drew, Kameron, Hunter, Barbara, Brittney. 18 great-great-grandchildren- Haley, Jordan, Avaya, Brenly, Dahlia, Sophie, D'Vyne, Mya, Alice, Kamaria, Jaydan, Jaylin, Justin, Jada, Jermaine, Jeremiah, Darshay, Mariah. Brother, James M. (wife, Phyllis) Baker of Hartford City; sister, Marilyn “Jeannie” Nuckols of Hartford City; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, John L. Baker, Jerry Dean Baker, Gail Baker, Clayton Baker and sister, Mariam “Bobbi” Smith.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Father Ambrose Ziegler at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 15, 2016 at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 209 South Spring Street, Hartford City. Burial will follow at Hartford City Cemetery.   Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Keplinger Funeral Home, 509 North High Street, Hartford City. Memorials may be made to St. John’s the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in the form of Masses, 209 South Spring Street, Hartford City, IN 47348
