Colleen was a young spirited women who enjoyed warm summer days. She was the youngest daughter of William and Deborah Woodford. She was born on September 5th 1995 at Northside hospital, Youngstown Ohio. Through out her short 21 years of live she lived in five different and attended three different school district. She graduated high school in May of 2014 from Ball- Chatham Glenwood High School. She later went on to get her Associates of Arts from Lincoln Land Community College in the Spring of 2016. She was in her third year of College when she passed away
