Carla, known to her friends and family as Cilly, was born February 10, 1950, and grew up in Jackson, MS. where she attended Jim Hill High School, before going to Chicago State in Illinois. In her freshman of high school she met Aaron “Ace” Hall. It was not long before the two were married, in April 1970. They lived in Jackson, MS. before moving their young family to Chicago in 1971.

Carla \"Cilly\" Hall, 65, died at home November 25. After battling 5 years of ovarian cancer. She was born in Mississippi, the daughter of Carl Mccain and Josephine Mccain who she proceed in death. She attended Chicago State after marrying Aaron C. Hall. She leaves behind seven children, Terrence Hall(Constance), Josephine Hall (Darris), Joseph Hall, Regina Hall, Robin Hall (Javan Sr.) Aaron Hall Jr., Lillian Hall (Jovan), 17 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, a hostest of cousins, friends, and other family.
