Bobby Eugene Stewart was born in Val Verde County, Texas to Edward Carroll and Fredna Tannehill Stewart. He was a Baseball Allstar at Richland High School in the mid 1970s. He joined the Army & spent his enlisted years in Germany in an artillery unit. There he earned his Marksmanship. Upon discharge he worked at GM and TXI in the DFW area. In 2005 he moved to Fountain Hills, AZ, began a new career at Safeway and married his surviving wife, Tara Stovall. In 2011 they moved back to Texas where he worked for HEB, Winn Co. & Sprouts. In 2018 he & Tara traveled to Ensenada Baja California, Mexico & decided to stay! Bobby lived the final eight-months of his life doing exactly what he wanted to do overlooking the Pacific Ocean. He is survived by three-brothers and two-sisters, Carroll W. & Vicki Stewart, Ronnie E. Stewart, Michael Stewart, Dede & John Bryant & Sherri Stewart.
Funeral Notice Detail
Bobby's remains will be in Columnbarrium "C" in the DFW National Cemetary at a later date in Spring 2019.
