On January 15th 2019 Frank went to be with the Lord. Frank blessed our lives by becoming a member of our family as a gift to Heather for her 7th birthday. His love, passion and dedication to this little girl helped her from being broken in so many ways to the strong and secure young lady she is today. Frank is a blue roan cocker spaniel with a beautiful blue eye and his coat looked like the surface of the moon. It was befitting as he entered our US Navy Household by giving him the rank of “admiral” while naming him. The joy he brought into our lives is indescribable…just as the pain of losing him is-indescribable. Our family is devastated. Frank was our child and until we meet again we will forever grieve our blue eyed baby boy.
