Yvonne LeeEvansville, Ind.Yvonne (Crockett, Cabell) Lee went to be with her Heavenly Father, Saturday, August 25, 2016Yvonne was a devoted woman of God, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to all. She was born May 20, 1930, in Sturgis, Ky., to the late Betty and Elbert Crockett. She’s a 1948 graduate of Lincoln High School. She was a former employee of Permanent Federal Savings Bank, DeJong’s, Stewarts, C.A.P.E., the Executive Inn and the Social Security Administration. She was a member of Cleaves Memorial Church for over 65 years and a faithful member of the choir. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, John Cabell; brothers, Ronnie Crockett and Leon Crockett; sisters, Conita Crockett, Maureen Hayden and Carolyn McGuire; three children at birth, Angela, Bruce and George. She is survived by her five children, Linda Cabell, Jerry Cabell Marcia Nance, Ronnie Cabell and Anna McCormick (Chris); a special son, Robert Scott Sr; a special son and daughter, Pastor Kevin and Cindy Scott; and a special daughter and son, Gwen and Jason Guest. She is survived by fourteen grandchildren, George Mann Jr, Nathaniel Lester, Yvonne Cabell, Natalie Strange, Tremain Cabell, Emmanuel Cabell, Sam Reeckman, Jerry Cabell Jr., Tovae Roberson (Desmond), Teneacha Howell, Tiffanee Howell, Marcus Cabell, Whitney Presley and Chris McCormick Jr.; a sister, Shirley (Will) Whitlock from Evansville, Ind.; a brother, Earl Crockett from Danville, Ill. ; 26 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nephews and nieces and cousins.
