Ruth M. Sparto (Lenzer) was born on November 3rd, 1924 to Rudolph and Louise Lenzer in Hamilton, Ohio. She had 3 siblings. Joan Lenzer, Rose Lenzer & Charlie Lenzer. She spent her whole life living in Cincinnati, Ohio. On February 26, 1983, she married John V. Sparto, who was the apple of her eye. They were married for 22 years. John passed in 2005. Ruth is survived by her step-children, Michael Joseph Sparto, and Carole Ann Manley (Sparto), her step-son-in-law, James Manley, as well as her step-grandchildren, Jonathon Sparto, James Manley Jr., Joseph Manley, & Jessica Manley. She is also survived by two step-greatgrandchildren, Cole Manley, & Leo Manley

Early in the a.m. on December 5th, 2016, Ruth M. Sparto (Lenzer) passed away peacefully at Pristine Riverview Senior Living, surrounded by her family.Ruth M. Sparto (Lenzer) was born on November 3rd, 1924 to Rudolph & Louise Lenzer in Hamilton, Ohio. She had 3 siblings. Joan Lenzer, Rose Lenzer & Charlie Lenzer. She spent her whole life living in Cincinnati, Ohio. On February 26, 1983, she married John V. Sparto, who was the apple of her eye. They met while working together at Slush Puppie, Inc. They were married for 22 years. John passed in 2005. Ruth is survived by her step-children, Michael Joseph Sparto, & Carole Ann Manley (Sparto), her step-son-in-law, James Manley, as well as her step-grandchildren, Jonathan Brauer-Sparto, James Manley Jr., Joseph Manley, & Jessica Manley. She is also survived by two step-greatgrandchildren, Cole Manley, & Leo Sparto. Ruth requested to have her remains donated to science. A Memorial Serice will be held for Ruth at 11:00a.m. on December 12th, 2016, in the chapel located on the 2nd Floor of Pristine Senior Living - Riverview, 5999 Bender Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233.
