Paul Lorenz

PAUL JOSEPH Lorenz, born on April 2nd 1958, was a United States Coast Guard Veteran and long time resident of Massachusetts, died unexpectedly on November 10th, 2016 in Beverly, Massachusetts. Paul is survived by his two best friends John Byrne of Tampa Bay, Florida and Michael Magyar of Beverly, Massachusetts and was preceded in death by his parents and family.

PAUL WAS an artist at heart. He loved to shop for valued art paintings around town and at the local thrift shops. The only other thing that Paul loved more than his Red Sox was fishing. He enjoyed fishing off the Beverly pier rain or shine or casting a line off the back of a boat in the Gloucester harbor. 

VETERANS WERE the most important part of his life. Paul was a devoted friend and traveled to several countries including Japan during his time in service. He was known as a good host and would always offer coffee or something to eat to all of his visitors. He will be deeply missed by his friends at the Bedford, Massachusetts VASH (Veterans Administration Supported Housing) team and by all who knew him.
