Olivia Sharon Hoffman, 3, passed away peacefully Monday, April 8, 2013 surrounded by her loving family at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. She was born in New Brunswick to Joseph and Tara Carman Hoffman and was the loving sister to Dylan Hoffman.
She was the cherished paternal granddaughter of James and Patricia Hoffman of Edison, the cherished maternal granddaughter of Thomas and Sharon Carman of Somerset, the cherished paternal great-granddaughter of Diane Roach of Edison and the cherished maternal great-granddaughter of Wallace and Francis Delesky of Easton, PA. She was loved dearly by her uncle Michael Hoffman, aunt Wendee Hoffman, aunt Jennifer Carmen, and aunt Teesha Hoffman.
Olivia was known for her sweet laughter and love of many things including food and singing. Her nickname was Cupcake and her favorite color was purple. She loved her brother Dylan dearly as well as her parents and family.
