Kessie Hall was a WWII Veteran and after returning from service moved to Omar,WV and married Hazel Browning or Gilbert WV. They had one son Dallas. Kessie worked as a coal miner until disabled, owned a small store in Sandy Bottom that he and Hazel ran together. He lived his life in Omar until 2009 when he went to live with his grandson Paul & wife Susan in Salisbury,NC. In 2011 he resided at Magnolia Memorial Gardens assisted living center.

He is proceeded in death by his wife Hazel,his only son Dallas,grandson Scotty and only brother Wallace of Massachusetts. Those left to cherish his memory are grandson Paul & Susan(wife) & Dallas Keith Hall and many cousins,nephews and nieces.
