Ilse (Maiden Name Gass) Riemann, Gray

Smyrna Delaware – Ilse Riemann Gray went to be with our Heavenly Father on Saturday September 17th 2016 at her home in Ridgewood Manner. She was born on January 5th 1925 in the town of Quedlinburg Germany and was one of eleven siblings. She eventually married a German Luftwaffe Pilot and they had one son together, Jürgen Riemann. She later divorced and immigrated to the United States with Jürgen and they eventually became U.S. Citizens. She then married Harry B. Gray and they had one son together, Norman Gray and together from previous their previous marriages, the family grew to included Anneliese Gray, Harry Gray and Linda Gray. She worked as a full time homemaker for many years, but she also worked at Dover Air Force Base School Cafeteria for some time and eventually became a full time wife and mother once again. She tirelessly worked to keep her family taken care of and well-loved and supported her husband Harry Gray as soul supporter of the family. She is survived by her Son Jürgen Riemann and his ex-wife Shirley Jobes Riemann Truitt and their three boys, Michael Riemann, Matthew Riemann and Philip Riemann as well as her Son Norman Gray and his wife Christine Gray and their sons Cameron Gray and Ian Gray. Services will be held at Willow Grove Church of God on October 3rd at 10 A.M., the reverend Jim Welch officiating, to be followed by her interment at Sharon Hill Memorial cemetery next to her late Husband, Harry Bryan Gray.
