Howard (Tony) Anthony Hall was born, September 26, 1959 in Kansas City Missouri. Tony was the youngest of 6 children. He was preceded in death by his father, Milton Hall and his mother Dorothy Ann Hall-Porter. Howard received his education in the Kansas City, Missouri public school system. He graduated from Central High School in 1977. Howard accepted The Lord Christ at an early age and became a member of Palestine Missionary Baptist Church. He obtained his Bio-Chemistry degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri in 1981. After graduation he entered active duty military where he remained for over 20 year and achieved the high rank of “Major.” He married Angie Ferrell and from this union his son Howard (Tony) Anthony Hall Jr. was born. Though marriage ended in divorce the two remained friends. He later married Dr. Johann Betts and remained married until his untimely death. After leaving the military Howard worked at Fort Belvoir in Virginia, as an analyst where he remained employed there until his passing. Howard was very active in the community of Richmond, Virginia & across Missouri where he and Johann lived. He joined the Richmond Baptist Church where he recently became an ordained deacon. Howard and Johann very much enjoyed raising cattle and horses. Howard participated in horse shows, parades, weddings, and a variety of equestrian events locally and across the United States . He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Johann, his son Howard hall Jr., Christina Betts step daughter; David Betts step son; his brother Billy (Chong) Coweta, Oklahoma; his sister Carrie Rice-Harris Kansas City, Missouri; brother Milton (Janet) Lawton, Oklahoma; brothers Mark and Fred Hall Kansas City, Missouri; Kim (Malven) who was raised as his sister; He also leaves a great host of nieces, nephews and cousins. And one special cousin Lura Gardne
