Passed away peacefully with her husband by her side. Diane was originally from Swartz Creek, MI. She lived in Phoenix and San Diego before moving to Lincoln, NE. She is survived by her husband Charles (Charlie) Horstman. Sisters Pam Clarady, Tina ( Frank) Kovalcsik, Patricia Ouellette and Teresa Pippin. Several nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents Clem and Rosie Ouellette and niece Marissa Vasquez. She graduated from Swartz Creek High in 1970.
