Cornelius Robert Evans, was a wonderful husband, teacher, father, and grandfather whom will be missed dearly. Cornelius was born and raised in Denver Colorado by his mother Dorothy Robins-Evans, and late father Richard Evans. His mother Dorothy remembers his as a bubbly child with a good heart. Cornelius met and married his wife Vanessa Evans in the summer of 1980, to which he raised 2 step-sons, Jamar Evans and Cory Evans. The two loved their father and they would often travel to his mothers hometown of Chicago Illinois to visit their grandparents. Cornelius will be greatly missed by his eldest step-son Cory, whom would often wrestle with his father and tag along with him to football games and family outings. Jamar would go with him to church every Sunday and Cornelius would teach him about the bible. All of the memories of their father will forever be with them in their time of grief. Among the many grieving friends and family are his 4 granddaughters whom he loved and cherished dearly. the 4 would embrace their grandfather every time he would arrive at birthday parties and picnics to see them. Cornelius will be dearly missed by everyone in his hometown community of Denver and his mothers hometown in Illinois.
