Welch, 79, of Harpersfield, NY passed on Friday, Feb. 17, 2017, at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown.Annette was born in Long Beach Long Island, NY on Aug. 16, 1937, the daughter of Benjamin and Helen Bogutzski. She was the third of six children, having four sisters and one brother. Annette married Joseph C. Welch in Brooklyn, NY. She is survived by her husband, Joseph C. Welch and six children, Joseph Welch Jr, Linda Lemmerman, Katherine Findley, Doreen Findley, Paul Findley and Joseph Findley. She loved making people laugh and smile. She had a fantastic sense of humor and loved going on trips to Atlantic City, NJ and Las Vegas, NV. She also loved animals, especially her cats. Annette’s most recent job that she loved was working as a prep cook at Tp’s cafe.A memorial service will be held at on 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 25, at Sacred Heart @ 27 Harper St, Stamford, NY 12167 Relatives and friends are welcome
