Theola “Ms. T.” Marie Larkins Cooper, 51, recently of Rockville, MD died of kidney and liver failure December 7, 2014 at Holy Cross Hospital Center in Montgomery County.
Mrs. Cooper was born April 22, 1951, in Annapolis and had lived in High Point, N.C., at one time. She attended Parole Elementary School, Bates Middle School and Annapolis High School. She was a social worker in Annapolis and a nursing assistant at Crownsville Hospital Center.
She was a member of the Rock Creek Church in Rockville and was affiliated with High Point Deliverance Church in High Point. Her interests were sewing, pets, plants and aquarium fish.
Surviving are her husband, Melvin Cooper Jr.; three sons, John Larkins, Samuel Mason and Shahiree Mason, all of Annapolis; a daughter, Yvette Larkins of Baltimore; a brother, George Larkins of Las Vegas; three sisters,Toni Williams and Deborah Brown, all of Annapolis, and Dorothy Medley of Glen Burnie; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral Notice Detail

Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Wednesday December 10, 2014 at Rock Creek Baptist Church, 19100 Muncaster Road, with a Christian wake at 10:30 a.m. and funeral at 11 a.m. Burial will be at 1 p.m. in Parklawn Memorial Park Cemetary in Rockville. Arrangements are by Robert A. Pumphrey Funeral Home.
