Met Sam in 1993 and fell head over heels in love. He had a heart of gold and never met a stranger. We were married in 1995 and it was a good marriage. He loved me more than life and always had my back. In 2001 he got sick and was in and out of the hospital for years. By 2013 he had become a shell of the man he once was. Sickness and pain had worn him down. On July 23 in 2013 I lost my best friend and love of my life. He was ready, I was not. My love for him didn’t die with him. I will always be in love with him and carry him in my heart for always. I miss him so very much!
