Mr. Henry Harold Thomason Sr. of 433 Champagne Mill Road, Columbia SC departed life on Wednesday July 9, 2014 at his home.

He was born in Seneca, SC on September 8, 1940 to the late Mr. & Mrs. Spurgeon Walker (Amy) Thomason Sr.

He became a member of Lumpkin Grove Baptist Church at an early age, In the early 1960’s he moved his membership to the New Hope Baptist Church and was a faithful member until his death. He was a member of the male chorus and served as a deacon. He retired from Georgia Iron Works of Thomson, GA where he was a welder and an electrician.

He was survived by his wife Mary T. Sanders Thomason and two loving daughters Vicki ( Ennis) Brown, Cynthia (Richard) Williams all of Harlem Georgia, three sons, Franklin (Juliette) Pollard, of Augusta, Georgia, Henry H. (Kim) Thomason Jr., New York NY, Stanley A. (Tammie) Thomason of Virginia Beach VA. 16 grandchildren, 22 great grand children, 5 great great grand children and a beloved friend Michael Churchwell.
