Sunday Dec, 6th 2015 We lost a fine man. Frank left his beloved wife Charlotte Bailey of 44 years, A loving dad to Shannon L Bailey , Keith Allen Renfro and Michel O’connor .Loving grand father to Ethan Cole Bailey, Gadn Renfro , Justin Renfro Brandon Renfro 1 Grand Daughter Danielle Kimberly Chisolm ,Candace Bailey , Coral O’connor 2 great grand daughter 3 great grandsons , preceded in death 3 Children , Kim, Margie and Frank Charlie Bailey , his mom and dad and Brother Phil and Sister Marilyn. There will be a Celebration of his life later . In Lieu of Flowers
